FALL IS A-MAZE-ING!
This week we ushered in fall and all the pleasures that fall has to offer (including pumpkin spice). One of my favorite family fun fall activities is the challenge of a good corn maze! There’s nothing like getting lost in the middle of a cornfield and using your sense of direction, teamwork (sometimes), and determination to find your way out. Maybe you split up into teams and race to get through it, or maybe you try to beat your best time, or maybe you bring in the creep factor and try it at night, no matter which way you twist it, it is a great time for young and old to get into the fall spirit!
Are you looking for a corn maze in the area? Well, you are in luck! There are many a-maze-ing corn mazes around us…
Abby’s Pumpkins has a large corn maze, tractor hayrides, an apple slingshot, and sometimes the owner blasts-off a pumpkin canon that shoots pumpkins hundreds of feet through the air! Of course, there are plenty of pumpkins for sale too. It all begins on October 2nd and runs Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-6pm until the end of the month. 2471 Little Rd Perkiomenville, PA 18074
Fall Fest Family Fun Days at The Oley Turnpike Dairy are back! Their corn maze, hayride, and petting zoo is fun for the whole family! Grab a yummy ice cream treat while you are there too. All attractions are open daily from now thru October – M-F 11am-7pm, Sat 11am-8pm, Sun 11am-5pm. 6213 Oley Turnpike Rd Oley, PA 19547
The Gilbertsville Farm has a Hi-Tech corn maze! It takes between 1-2 hours to complete. Other activities include a hayrides, kids play area, pumpkins and barn yard animals. Everything is open Fridays and Saturdays from 10am to 10pm. 1200 County Line Road Gilbertsville, PA 19525
Wilcox Farms Corn Maze features the area’s largest corn maze! There is also a separate kids maze and hayrides! The farm market has fresh produce, flowers, and pumpkins. The corn maze and hayrides are open now thru October on Fri & Sat 9am-12pm and Sun 9am-9pm. 1134 South Reading Ave Boyertown, PA 19512
