Boyertown Transforms into Boo-yertown for the Month of October
Boyertown, PA – Get ready to be spooked! This October, Boyertown will undergo a frightfully fun transformation, becoming the ultimate Halloween destination. To celebrate the town’s spooky spirit, Boyertown will un-officially change its name to Boo-yertown for the month.
As the home of one of the oldest ongoing Halloween parades in the country, and the location of the Boyertown Burial Casket Company, one of the top producers of Caskets until the 1980s. Boyertown has a rich history of celebrating the spooky season. Visitors can immerse themselves in the town’s haunted heritage through a variety of thrilling activities. Join a ghost walk or the haunted happenings tour to uncover the town’s chilling tales.
For those seeking a more interactive experience, zombies will take over Boo-yertown, providing a terrifying encounter for thrill-seekers. The Monster Meet and Greet will give you the opportunity to meet real monsters from your favorite scarry movies! If you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, enjoy the Monster Mash Wine Walk, sipping delicious wine while surrounded by spooky décor.
In addition to the Halloween-themed events, Boo-yertown will also host a fall festival and Pick Fest, where visitors can enjoy delicious food, live music, and festive crafts. Renowned ghost storyteller Charlie Adams will be sharing his chilling tales, while those seeking adventure can learn to play Dungeons & Dragons.
