Coming Out of Hibernation ’24
Who’s ready to come out of hibernation and celebrate spring? I think we all are ready! This Saturday is your perfect chance to do just that, at Boyertown’s Coming out of Hibernation street festival. Gather your family and friends for an afternoon of crafts, vendors, delicious foods, live music, games, activities, and more! It all begins at 11:00AM with Bearianne the Bear’s Wake-Up Ceremony. And the fun goes on from there…
Kids and adults will get a kick out of KooKoo’s cartoon style magic and Rufflez the Clown and her amazing balloon twisting. Stop by Fluffy Enroute Petting Zoo to pet a fluffy friend. You will also find lots of kids activities at the YMCA Healthy Kids Day parking lot. The kids will have fun in the bounce house, obstacle course, and more!
Is it shopping that interests you? There will be over 50 unique vendors and crafters bringing their spring goods and hand crafted specialties all to Philadelphia Ave. Don’t forget to stop in at Boyertown’s many fine shops that will be open for you to browse as well.
Are you a foodie? The food trucks will be rolling in with some awesome options to please your palate! You will find yummy favorites like Island Noodles, Smokehouse, CJ Concession Co, Chino’s Place, and Big E’s LLC. There are also town staples like, Brakeman’s Cafe, Toss of the Town, The Grill Shop, to name a few.
There will be plenty of entertainment too! Bringing us an afternoon of musical delight will be Boyertown Alumni Band, Payel Girwarr, Friends of Funky Frets Ukulele Group, and more.
Coming out of Hibernation has something for people of all ages. So, crawl out of your caves this weekend and enjoy a spring afternoon jam packed full of fun!
