Tech Gadgets for 2024
Every year new tech gadgets are introduced to consumers. Some flop and some rise to the top and some just need a little time to improve. I think a lot of us are interested in seeing new tech and how it could enhance our lives. Whether it makes our life easier (or harder) or supplies us with entertainment or creepily watches over us, the fact is, technology is all around us and is integrating more and more into our daily lives. So, with the start of the new year, I decided to see what new tech gadgets are creating a buzz in 2024. Here are the new or improved gadgets that caught my attention…
Bird Buddy Smart Bird Feeder – Anyone who’s interested in wildlife is going to love this little smart bird feeder. It gives you intimate look at your feathered friends as the camera captures candid moments with HD photos and live streaming.
Oura Ring Generation 3 – One of the smartest health wearables to be released in recent years, this ring accurately tracks heart rate, sleep cycles, and activity, then provides insight and guidance based on what it tracks. Considering how discreet it is, that’s quite a feat of engineering.
Lockly Visage (face recognition lock) – Are you ready for a smart lock that can recognize your face and unlock your door without any keys or codes? That’s what the Lockly Visage can do. It integrates with your smart home devices and works with Apple Home Key and a fingerprint reader. You can unlock your door by simply approaching it, or by using your Apple Home Keys or Apple Watch. You can also use your voice to control your lock with Siri or use the PIN Genie keypad or the Scan-to-Open feature.
Belkin Auto-Tracking Stand Pro – Auto-Tracking Stand Pro from Belkin is a product that lets you livestream like a pro. It is a stand that holds your iPhone and tracks your movements with a built-in camera. It uses facial recognition and motion detection to keep you in the center of the frame, even if you walk around or change your position. You can also adjust the angle and height of the stand to suit your preferences. It works with any livestreaming app, such as Instagram, YouTube, and more.
Catalyst Dog Collar for AirTag – If you want to keep tabs on your dog with an AirTag tracker, this Dog Collar for from Catalyst can hold an AirTag in a waterproof Catalyst Clip-It case so it never gets lost. Now you always will know where your furry friend is.

GE Profile Smart Indoor Smoker – Smoke your own meats year-round with GE’s newly announced smart indoor smoker. Smart app integrations offer remote control and monitoring, plus dozens of recipes.
