Here is what’s going down during the week of 12/1/2022 – 12/7/2022
Santa is “Chillin’ on Main” this Saturday!
Yes! Santa Clause is coming to town for Boyertown’s Chillin’ on Main winter street festival! This Saturday, 12/3 Building a Better Boyertown has whirled up an afternoon of fun in downtown Boyertown for all to enjoy! The festivities begin at noon with your favorite holiday songs being performed by the Boyertown Alumni Band. At 12:30PM Santa will make his way up Philadelphia Avenue, led by the Let’s Get Dancing dancers and the Boyertown Optimist Cheer. Then make sure to get your free picture with the big man himself! The fun doesn’t end there. There is so much more to see and do at Chillin’ on Main!
Stroll on down the Avenue where you will find crafters, vendors, and shops offering unique gifts, seasonal goodies, and free games and prizes for all. You can even test your look-and-find skills with a scavenger hunt throughout the town. You’ll also find crafts for kids, a petting zoo, and you might even bump into the Grinch!
If your tummy starts to grumble, don’t fear, Chino’s Place, Humpty’s Dumplings, and Wow Wagon Food Truck will be ready to serve you some of their delicious favorites. Speaking of delicious, The Peppermint Stick Candy Store will be offering up their famous hot chocolate!
Now, if you need a little winter warmer, head over to Blitzen’s Holiday Bar at the Colebrookdale Railroad depot for some holiday spirits. For those of you that prefer a non-alcoholic cocktail, stop by Stirrups Mobile Bar Co for their mixers & mocktails.
Bring your family and friends to Chillin’ on Main this Saturday, where you might just find a spark of the season’s magic…or a gift for that person who is impossible to shop for. Either way, you are bound to have a fantastic and festive afternoon!
