PickFest 2022 – Two Days of Music and Celebration
Are you looking for something to do this weekend that will be entertaining and free? Well, look no further, PickFest is back for a full two-day musical event in the heart of Boyertown! This Saturday & Sunday (10/8 & 10/9), the Colebrookdale Railroad rail yard will be transformed into a music and arts venue that is sure to get your feet movin’ and hands clapping. Pickfest will run from 11am to 6pm both days, with six bands performing each day. While enjoying the music, you can peruse the grounds where there will be plenty of food, drink, and vendors. Brakeman’s Café, Durango’s Saloon & The Other Farm Brewing Co will be offering lots of great food. You can also stop in at the beer garden to grab yourself a refreshing brew, cider, or wine. The kids will enjoy the fun activities and dancing their hearts out too! Kids young and old will love watching the trains of the Colebrookdale Railroad rolling in and out of the station. You could also hop aboard one of their Autumn Splendor Fall Foliage excursions during the event. Pickfest is a community endeavor, so you will find that the businesses throughout town will be offering up specials and their own events as well. Be sure to follow the music to Boyertown’s PickFest this weekend for free funtastic festivities with family and friends!

This week we were joined by Christina & Hank, who are two of the new owners of Durango’s Saloon in Boyertown. We performed the interview live from Durango’s and unfortunately the sound quality was a little tough to deal with. We did learn a lot about Durango’s Saloon though.
